Cancellation or return

Procedure in case of cancellations or returned shipments:

Every customer has the right to return his products within fourteen days without supplying any reason.

The cancellation of an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

If you cancel the order after it has been dispatched to you, you must refuse the reception of the package upon delivery. If Bio-health bvba has already received a payment from you, we will return the purchase price to you, after having received the returned shipment in due order. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the abovementioned (only if you refuse reception of the order at the door and have the delivery person take it with him unopened).

All cancellations, exchanges and returned shipments must be notified to Bio-health bvba in writing. This can be done via e-mail or normal post. You must always stipulate your full name and invoice number in such case.

We will need your bank account number for the repayment of amounts that have already been paid (in case of advance payments). Customers from the other countries must also stipulate the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their bank.
Please note: the account number that you specify for the reimbursement must be the same as the account number that you have used to make the payment to Bio-health bvba. This is in connection with eventual fraud regarding refunds. Eventual amounts that have already been paid will be refunded to you within a period of maximum fourteen days.

Bio-health bvba will stipulate the return address via e-mail, as this will depend on which system will be utilised for the return.
